In-person gathering

Coming back to the body is coming back to listen.

Five days to pause, breathe with attention and remember that the body can also be a place of calm.

An invitation to be

Transformation begins with a pause.

Reprogramming is not about forcing change. It is learning to observe what is happening inside, notice the body's rhythms and create room to choose with more presence. The programme explores active listening, resilience, mental strength, personal will, commitment and creativity through breath, movement and attention practices.

The body is not a problem to solve; it is a territory we can learn to inhabit.
